                          THIS IDEA OF CHANGE IS IN YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS NOW. IT HAS TO BE A POSITIVE DECISION 

                                                                   The subconscious mind doesn't process negatives

COPY ONE DAILY HABIT OF SOMEONE SUCCESSFUL. 

Follow what YOUR own successful role model does {as far you are able to} daily / weekly / annually. Have a clear vision of what you consider your idea or example of a healthy, nice, happy person does who you admire. The chances are this 'successful' person probably gets up early, does a bit of mindfulness, a bit of thinking, a bit of planning, works reasonably hard on a consistent basis, eats and drinks healthily, doesn't watch too much mindless television, reads/learns a little bit each day....something like that!

 

Your role model will be anyone: your mum, a billionaire on-line entrepreneur, a 'simple' mother who has brought up a nice family, or a person who enjoys their life and is at peace on a day to day basis.

​

Visualise if you can just make one change this month to your daily routine. A small change you can do literally right now, instantly, to copy them. Like get up 5 minutes earlier, or right now write on a piece of paper the things you've done well today, the people you've made happy or put a smile on their face, and what you are going to do positive for you or someone else today/tomorrow. Write this positive thought down - even on your hand, remember it, and do it when you say to yourself you are going to to it.
