One to one     Coaching 

Weekly sessions for as long as you require personal training, lifestyle, and general food advice.

It might be six weeks or six months for you to turn your own life around. Which is not a long time if you have been overweight/Type 2 diabetes for 30 years which some of my clients have been.

Each session can include a Blood Pressure Check. You will do your own waist/thigh/arm measurements.  

Health wise - your waist should be half of your height.

Sessions are about Agreements and Commitments and usually last an hour or more. Home visits and or  SKYPE meetings are available.

WEEKLY MEETINGS 

Support & advice with one meeting per week: this will include some/all as required

  • Diabetes Type 2 overview

  • Food diary discussions

  • Why we eat what we eat when we eat 

  • Lifestyle advice

  • Personal Training / Exercise Advice

  • NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques - NLP Master Technician

 

ONE-OFF CONSULTATION 

Discuss your health & exercise history. You may be the type of person who simply needs some information/advice and will just get on an put this advice into practice. 

 

OR you may want to meet/ believe / trust in your coach first and see if we get on at a personal level before you book 4 weekly blocks of one session a week.
